The vintage running shoes and sneakers sold on this website were acquired by TheDeffest.com to open a storefront museum dedicated to rare vintage sneakers and running shoes. Most of the vintage running shoes and sneakers for sale on this website range in age between 40-50 years old so we cannot guarantee their longevity due to their age. Because of that fact they are being sold as vintage collectibles and not for wear.

Where is my order?
All orders are shipped out from Los Angeles, California within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional emails once your order is shipped and delivered. We will reach out to you if your order is delayed.
Where is my tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered and you do not have possession of it, you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final.
How do I cancel my order?
Requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed and is simply a request.
Depending on when your order was placed, cancellations may not be possible.
Please note, your order cannot be cancelled if it has shipped.
Please contact us within 24 business hours of placing the order and we’ll get back to you within 72 business hours to make things right!
How do I exchange item(s) in my order?
All sales are final.
We ship internationally! Please contact us for a shipping rate if there is an item that you are interested in buying.
Please note that international orders shipping via USPS are subject to longer transit times and duties/taxes. This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local countries duties and taxes. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees.
For international orders that have been in-transit for more than 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.
